Staff, was beyond amazing. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet with a view of the train terminal below. Breakfast was always stocked with some breakfast items changed daily, but all were presented so beautifully and very good quality. Our stay was 10+ and we would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for such a fine hotel located right at the main train station, with easy access to the airports and the Imperial Palace.

The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend.

We stayed her for the convenience of being close to the station. We were only in Tokyo for a couple of nights and new we could be back to the station for our train to Kyoto so we thought this would be an easy choice. We were surprised at how much we liked the hotel. It's not typical Japanese in its decor but it makes up for it with amazing service and Very large comfortable rooms. We would compare it to a Fairmont experience. Also worth noting was when we left we asked for directions to our train platform and the concierge, Anne walked us through the terminal and delivered us directly to where we needed to with for the trains arrival. Amazing service. We would definitely stay here again.

For ease of access in Tokyo, no place could be easier - literally part of the massive Tokyo station, getting to anywhere (including the Narita Airport Express) is a breeze. With its wide-open spaces and proximity to the grounds of the Imperial Palace, the location is superb. Of course the staff is impeccable, the rooms lovely (although having a room that looks outside rather than on an inner atrium is much more pleasant) and the breakfast not to be missed. The hushed interiors and gracious atmosphere makes it a truly special haven in the midst of many cookie-cutter hotels.
