Rooms are small (by United States standards) but the service and surrounding areas are excellent. If you wanna be in the heart of the Shinjuku life, this is absolutely the place to stay!

Great, functional tourist hotel in the heart of everything. A bit noisy at night- but am sure you could switch to another side that might be quieter. We were rarely home. Very clean, comfy bed. Good shower- great onsen and hot bath for relaxing at the end of a long day. Easy check in check out. Easily a 9+ for me. Breakfast decent too

Room is tiny location is good. About 15 minutes walk to the JR shinjuku station. Lots to do and see in the area. Breakfast is okay probably better off eating in a nearby restaurant. TV is more friendly to English speakers compare to other hotels.

I love the property inside, the staffs are very helpful specially the security guard in the morning. My only complain is the noise outside. Overall, i have a great stay at APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho.
