Very clean room, small but good enough for Japan size hotel rooms. Loved the supply of toiletries in the lobby. Comfortable bed and conveniently located to a lot of sightseeing places.

Room: There are areas within the room that was not clean. A cover of dust could be seen. Amenities: The toothbrush is quite hard and it injured my gums. It would be good if the toothbrush could be changed to soft bristles. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite a good spread. However, I am eating the same menu variation every alternate days. It would be great if we could have more breakfast variations.

A great place to stay. Third stay here. Really good staff that are attentive, helpful, pleasant and efficient. Rooms are compact, but well designed. They just work! Location is excellent. Close enough to the Shinjuku busy busy - but a haven of tranquility away from the busy, busy!

A hotel in a perfect location! Seconds away from Shinjuku station, but it doesn’t feel hectic or loud when you’re in the hotel. The staff are lovely and accommodating. There were lovely little touches like free tea and skincare products. We’re hoping to come back to Tokyo again in the future and hope to stay here again!

Great location in Shinjuku. The room is pretty big for Tokyo and in good condition. They also provide tons of toiletries - even face masks, hair treatment, and sunscreen. Super complete and really thoughtful. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Shinjuku metro and railway stations. We used airport limousine service from the Bus terminal which was a 7 minute walk from the hotel to get back to Haneda airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was on a smaller side but we did not mind it as we only stayed for two nights. It was easy to check in, breakfast option was a definite plus.
