The hotel was exceptionally clean, well organized and easy to feel at home. The staff went out of their way to help in a most politely cheerful manner. The rooms were a little on the small side but for a short stay they were ok.

The hotel was wonderful. They have free necessities for you to pick up to use at the lobby. The hotel us very clean abd staff is very helpful. The airport limousine bus can drop off and pick up from airport.

Rude staff

The Chinese lady (with spectacles) at the reception was not friend / helpful. I was doing self check-in and had issue with the system so asked for help from her. She was talking loudly as if I have hearing problem. Later I realised that she was happily talking to her colleagues that maybe the reason why she was rude as I disrupted her conservation…
