We stayed for 6 nights in this hotel as first timer in Japan. I highly recommend this hotel for someone because of its location, right next to Shinjuku train station and walking distance to another bigger Shinjuku station, walking distance to restaurants and shopping center.

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was quiet and very clean, and the staff were all friendly. The additional toiletries came in very handy and we were right next to Shinjuku station. The room had enough space for our bags and the bed was comfortable. The fridge in the bedroom was a little noisy during the night, but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I stayed at Hotel Sunroute Plaza for Tokyo Marathon 2025. Its very close to the Shinjuku station. Also it's just only a mile n half to the Tokyo Marathon start so that i dont 've to worry abt scrambling to get to the start line on race morning. Since it's in the middle of Shinjuku, it's very convenient to find an eating place or shopping. The room was clean and they will also clean the room every 2 days - no matter if you choose or not! The staff were very cordial and the breakfast buffet is excellent. If i go back again, i'll definitely gonna stay at the same place!

airport limousine is outside the hotel and you can purchase the ticket from the hotel. Very convenient to subway station or JR. There is a lot of restaurants around and shopping too.

i booked this hotel after watching a Youtube. overall the hotel is very close to Sinjiku train station. but the quality of the hotel was not as i expected. they use machine to check in and out. I don't know if that's good or bad since you still has to figure out how to use the machine. but it's not too bad since there is staff there to help you. in the room they don't provide most of the stuff...such as comb, shower cap....but they have a big stationary in the lobby for you to pick them up yourself. The buffet breakfast was not included which cost $18/person. other than that i don't think anything is specially highlight for this hotel. The lobby seems small and always occupied by a group of travelers.

The location for this property is excellent and everything else is very good. My room was a little basic and on the small side, but I didn't spend a lot of time there so the location more than made up for it.
