Nice rooms, reasonable price. Shinjuku is convenient and close proximity to shibuya, harijuku. Many bars, club in vicinity so you will see drunk people in the morning heading home but still felt safe.

This is very walkable to almost everything. Right in the heart of Shinjuku, close to a 7-Eleven and a Lawson’s. Cafe in the lobby and vending machines. 15 min. Walk to the National Garden and shopping center.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only negative is they only have one laundry room with 2 washer/dryer combos that were always in use. They do have a sign with directions to nearby laundromat.

Unfortunately, the room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We found a bunch of stuff under the bed including beer cans. The bed and pillows were also extremely stiff so it was hard to get a good nights rest.

The room is a bit small, but the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and it’s within walking distance of public transportation. Rooms are on the smaller side (very common in Tokyo), but it was perfect and has everything you need! Situated close to the key areas in Shinjuku, making it extremely convenient. Had a lovely rooftop bar, friendly staff, and housekeeping daily was a nice treat to come back to after our busy days. Recommend!
