Room was dirty and not left in great condition. It also had a weird scent that I didn’t enjoy. It was quite a hike from the trains I needed to use as well. They did not refresh my room or give me fresh towels like they said they would. I did like the check in process and the overall location. Would not stay here again unless needed.

Very good hotel. Only downside for me was our room was situated near their stockroom/utilities cupboard and in the morning, you would hear the housekeeping crew chat and giggle outside the door. Otherwise, everything was great!

If you are not claustrophobic, then this hotel should be no problem. It’s in a part of town that has a very active night life. This hotel would be ideal for those looking for a night on the town all with in walking distance. Amenities were provided and I found them to be of good quality. Save some luggage space and leave the basic toiletries at home except for those that are specific to you. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I would rate it average because the breakfast food was nothing out of this world. Overall this is a great hotel for the younger traveler and a companion.

Room was clean. Bed felt great and not too firm like other beds in Japan. It was just a very small room but cozy enough especially if you’re going to be out majority of the day. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
