We had a wonderful experience, not only was the staff kind and considerate they were always there to accommodate every need. The room was very comfortable. Everything was well stocked beautifully appointed the best shower I have experienced in any hotel anywhere around the world. I will definitely stay there again. The epitome of luxury in the heart of Shibuya. From the attentive staff to the numerous amenities, this hotel is truly an escape from the hectic streets of Shibuya just 2 blocks away. This hotel is next to a major train station and near restaurants and shops On our first morning we woke up with a clear view of Mount Fuji which made our whole trip very special We could not see it again after 4!days due to cloudy conditions

Excellent hotel! It was in a terrific location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room and view were excellent. I would 100% come back and stay at this hotel again.
