I booked because of the pictures of the outdoor pool. What they don’t tell you is it is £15 per adult to use it. I wanted to cool down in the afternoon after a very early Disney start. But this was too costly. A big diappointment as I’d have chosen a cheaper hotel if I know

The water feature in the foyer had a very strong unpleasant smell for the whole week. The floor (4f) we were staying on also had a very strong damp smell. The room itself was fine and quite spacious however it was pretty run down considering it was a 'premium suite'. Low upkeep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the cost.

Everything is okay, comfy beds, housekeeping, the view, restaurants. The only issue we have is the hallway, it smells so old and carpets have lots of stain.
