Staff are friendly. Very closed to Tokyo disneyland. However the room is old. Are Air-conditioning was not working, moving to a different room was not offered, the person that they send to check the Air-conditioning said our air-conditioning was find. He come in back with electric fun instead, for 3 days we used electric fun. Upon check out I found out the air-conditioning inside our was mark not working but still kept us and never offer to move with different room.

This hotel is very out dated. They charge to use the pool. They stand by the 3pm check in time ans do not allow early check in. They didnt offer any water or anything upon arriving the first time. There was mold in the shower. This hotel is ok for a short stay to disneyland since you will not be in the room for long periods of time. There is a shuttle to disneyland which was nice. Other than that very old and outdated hotel.

Hidden Extras and expensive

You have to pay for the outdoor pool and it’s a complete rip off! For a family of four 2 adults and two kids it cost 18,000 yen for a single 3 hour booking. The hotel prices are double sometime 3 times the price of other meals and drinks you will be use to paying in Japan. Hotel beer at 1,500 yen vs 600 at Disneyland was crazy! The hotel is tired and old, you can tell it was built in the 80s and hasn’t had much love since. Would never

Staff was experienced and kind. No language barrier issues (English-speaking). Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Very easy to access to the monorail for Disney. Clean rooms.

The property was clean and well run. The staff were helpful and courteous. There was a lot to do for the whole family and there were enough places to eat, you didn't have to leave. The rooms were a good size. My only negative was there were not a lot of plug-ins for electronics for my family of four. It was a great place to stay if you are visiting Disney or just wanting to get away from the crowds of Tokyo.

The location to the park was great, the hotel has shuttle to the station so it was really good. The room was big for our family of 4 but it was old and smelled damp. The hotel is large and has many activities, but you have to pay for all of them including the pools and the onsen which I honestly thought was a bit silly, that was the reason why I chose the hotel and surprise, I had to pay. Breakfast was good and a lot of options.
