I chose this resort based on a friend’s suggestion and I did enjoy my stay there. The beds were comfy and room was spacious with a nice view of the bay, and close to the Bayside Station for Disney Parks. I do believe it’s time for carpet cleaning but I know that can be difficult when the hotel is full most times of the year. I enjoyed the breakfast options available at the restaurants. The staff was amazing and so helpful and caring. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed two nights to enjoy Disney. The hotel is very close to the Disney train line and only a few minute ride to DisneySea. The hotel was beautiful, with lovely rooms and great staff that were friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice and hotel very conveniently accessible for Disney. The tram station is right across and once to get there it isn’t much walking to get in. But for $350 a night, front desk was super slow to check us in and our room was nasty. Legit felt like a motel room, as soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarettes and the restroom smelled like a men’s urinal. We got moved and offered another room. Which was like night and day, the new room was nice and new. Definitely cleaner and updated! As soon as we got out of the elevator it smelled nice Room service was pricy. Red flag if they put you in the 3rd floor, 7th floor was were the rooms were updated.

A hard days night

The staff went above and beyond to help. The room was nice and spacious. The only issue i had was the bed was hard. I had 2 beds in my room and both felt like a stone slab.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, your staff's helpfulness and friendliness were beyond anything we've ever encountered. Their dedication to service is truly commendable and made our stay so special. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, especially being so close to the Disney line! It made getting around such a breeze and added so much convenience to our trip. We also indulged in some delightful meals at your hotel restaurants. The food was simply amazing—every dish was a treat! The only hiccup was with the dryers, which took over two hours to dry our clothes before check-out, keeping me up past 2 AM. But honestly, that's a minor issue compared to all the wonderful aspects of our stay. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience. Perfect hotel for Tokyo Disney, right across street from monorail, staff is super friendly and helpful, has luggage services and the best breakfasts buffet I had. Will definitely stay again next time I go to Tokyo Disney
