Excellent hotel. One of the best that I have stayed at. The rooms are relatively expensive but you get what you pay for, which is well worth it.
Friendly staff (receptionists, catering, room cleaners etc) were all very helpful and professional.
The hotel reception is on the 20th floor. You then use a separate lift to the floors with the guest rooms. There’s a nice lounge and also a nice restaurant with excellent views.
My room was excellent. However I did decide to move to a room with a king size, instead of the twin room that I had actually booked. The very helpful receptionist (Saito?) kindly arranged this for me.
The room had a bath and shower and was very clean and large enough.
Breakfast was a good selection, and as it is held in the restaurant, you can enjoy the view while munching on your cornflakes or while eating fruit, omelettes various other hot food etc.
Excellent location, close to Shinagawa station easy to get transport to wherever you want to go. Trains very cheap, compared to UK.
I will be back at the hotel at end of May, so looking forward to that (I’m visiting other cities first).
