Tokyo Family Vacation.

This was the perfect spot for our family's vacation. The views from Tokyo Shibuya Excel were awesome. The hotel staff were very friendly. I would most definitely stay here again.

We wanted to see Tokyo was there for one night and this hotel was recommended. Maybe I got the worst room unsure but the faucet was separating from the wall. There was a half bath in the room and everything just looked very thrown together. I paid 500us for the night and by the looks of the lobby I really expected more. Unfortunately would not recommend.

This hotel is perfectly placed in the hub of the action in Shibuya. Most things are in walking distance, particularly the night life. Was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived by train, signage is a bit small and inconspicuous. But the check in counter is on the 5th floor. Service and staff are top notch. We booked 2 michellin restaurants through the front desk. If i came back, this is where i want to be.

We loved the bus service to the airport. It made our last day in Tokyo a breeze! The front desk staff was top notch when it came to checking us into our room and providing dining recommendations. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Excel and the view from our room was spectacular!
