It was a great stay for my family, easy to visit a great number of attractions and amenities in the local area. The staff across the whole building was fantastic and cannot fault their attention to detail. One breakfast we was seated in a side room and without asking, the gentleman brought a highchair, bowls and cutlery for our 2 year old. Honesty seemed effortless.

Shibuya Excel Hotel's location is extremely convenient to MANY shops and restaurants. It is connected to the train station. The staff is extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. Very clean and quiet.
