Best location for Shibuya area. Better signage to find hotel initially. Rooms very basic, could do with some upgrades esp hair dryer. Beds very comfortable though and were given extra pillows when requested. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Incredible service. The hotel itself is very nice and inviting, our room was beautiful with a view of Shibuya crossing. I forgot an Item in my room and they were nice enough to locate and ship it to me. Overall, great experience with this hotel and it’s staff.

The location is perfect right in the middle of Shibuya, easy access to the metro stations , also you can take pictures of the Shibuya crossing from the top, the staff it’s so polite, and the buffet its alright
