Great location as it’s inside of the t3 airport (and was next to our check in counter). Check in and out was quick. Easy to request for amenities eg free water not in the room but available for free using qr code, where a robot will deliver. Only feedback is that the room is a bit dated and only one pillow per person but think we could have requested another one if we wanted to.

The room was spacious enough for a Japanese hotel room for 3 people and luggage! And the location was awesome! We literally walked out of the hotel and were steps away from our check in gate making it super convenient!

Absolutely perfect place to lay down relax and catch a couple hours of sleep after 48 hours of flying. And yet still another flight to go. Being right in the airport every minute of sleep is a magical and be able to get an extra hour of sleep because not having to drive is phenomenal.

We reserved the suite for four nights. It was the spacious room with one and a half bath plus a living room and bar area. It was nice to have a meal included every night of our stay. We requested an extra towel and a robot knocked on the door and delivered it. The location is really good when checking in and checking out of the hotel but it is far from the different cities we wanted to visit. Would be fine if we knew how to ride the trains so we Uber instead. What’s a little bit pricey but Japan was a really great city.

I thought I had booked one night hotel room included breakfast but when i arrived at the hotel checking in then the staff told me my booking was not included breakfast. I had to pay 3000 Yen to buy the breakfast voucher. Also, self check-in service wasnt good either. The hotel staff wasnt too care if the guest know how to do self check in or not. I had to ask him for a few times then he explained. Finally i got arranged a room on 4/F, i looked around if the lift can take me to 4/f for a while, but it seems the lift goes to higher floors，then i had to ask the hotel myself, one lady told me the check in floor is already the 4/f floor, do not need to take lift but she didnt point me to the entrance of the hotel rooms door at all. I had to look around again and saw the sign to hotel room. Night shift staff wasnt too helpful (one male and one female staff). Check-in experience wasnt good at all. Room is okay.
