I spent 8 nights at the hotel. The room was on the small side, but in excellent condition and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is available, it is cheap, but even cheaper if pre-booked. I tried it once, but there are cafes and restaurants nearby for alternatives. The hotel is centrally located. It is a short 1km walk from Tokyo Station, providing easy and direct access to Narita Express to/from the airport, and to Shinkansen to other destinations. Kanda Station is only 400m away. I walked everywhere, so I didn't have to use the metro. The area is quiet with short walks to exciting areas like the Imperial Palace Gardens, Tokyo Station, Ginza, and Akihabara. At this price point, and given the central location, it is an excellent choice for city explorers who don't mind tighter quarters.
