Conveniently located hotel just 3 short blocks from Kanda station (use the West exit), which itself is just 1 or 2 stations from Tokyo station (depending on the line). The area is pretty quiet, so appreciate that it's not in a hustle/bustle area despite being so conveniently located.
I stayed in a single rom (solo traveler) and it is small as expected with a Tokyo hotel room, but it's functional. The bathrooms are elevated but the hotel provides stepstools to make it easier to get in/out. Because of the size of the room, the amenities are not located in the room but rather in the lobby or in the hall (bath robes, razors, toothbrushes, etc). There is an electric tea kettle and cup in the room so you can make tea/coffee (from the packets provided in the lobby).
My bed only came with 1 pillow but you can rent other/fancier pillows from the lobby. The hotel also has umbrellas that you can borrow and just return (this was a plus since it did rain really hard one day I was there).
There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel. You do need to pay for breakfast ahead of time with hotel to use the breakfast buffet (nothing fancy, food was decent, got the job done, I think my favorite was the Japanese curry).
Staff are all friendly and helpful. I had no issues checking in or out.
I would definitely stay here again.
