I’ve just got back from an 11 night stay at the Sotetsu hotel and it was a great place to stay. The location is 3 minutes walk from Kanda station and 8 minutes walk from Otemachi station which both have convenient tube lines and only one stop from Tokyo. The hotel was not in a massively touristy spot, so the restaurants nearby were authentic and welcoming. The staff at the hotel were amazing and every time you walk in/out they welcome you. The staff member with the blue hair (I didn’t get their name) was incredibly helpful and friendly and a real asset to the team, even though they were only in training. This hotel was perfect location as it was 20-30 mins away from the big attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side, but I didn’t mind as we still had enough space for everything and all the souvenirs! I would say nowhere to store your suitcases so they have to sort of sit along the wall, but you have enough space to walk about. Photos attached are of Kanda station and the streets nearby

The staff were very helpful and patient. The lobby provides many complimentary items such as toothbrushes and razors, and there is a cash machine for easy conversion or making change. This area is more residential, so it's a nice place to retreat after exploring the busier parts of the city. Many places to eat, plenty of convenience stores, and easy access to multiple stations. Highly recommend!

Sotetsu Fresa Inn was great!!!

The Sotetsu Fresa Inn was very clean and near Tokyo station. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. My bed and room was very comfortable and clean. The amenities are very nice as well. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for the location and peaceful surroundings. Many restaurants in the area to choose from at all times. I had a very nice stay in Tokyo!
