Immensely clean. Can’t find any fault with housekeeping! Thank you for that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Now that we’ve stayed at a few hotels, we can say that it’s been the best in cleanliness and staff friendliness. We will definitely choose to stay at a Sotetsu brand if our travels bring us back to Japan.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We especially liked the waffle makers. The room was clean enough, overall; but the carpet could use a good cleaning. I didn't feel the alona spirit from the staft, which was a bit disappointing. The beds were small for two people and the view wasn't very nice. We would probably choose a different hotel, next time. 355

Conveniently located hotel just 3 short blocks from Kanda station (use the West exit), which itself is just 1 or 2 stations from Tokyo station (depending on the line). The area is pretty quiet, so appreciate that it's not in a hustle/bustle area despite being so conveniently located. I stayed in a single rom (solo traveler) and it is small as expected with a Tokyo hotel room, but it's functional. The bathrooms are elevated but the hotel provides stepstools to make it easier to get in/out. Because of the size of the room, the amenities are not located in the room but rather in the lobby or in the hall (bath robes, razors, toothbrushes, etc). There is an electric tea kettle and cup in the room so you can make tea/coffee (from the packets provided in the lobby). My bed only came with 1 pillow but you can rent other/fancier pillows from the lobby. The hotel also has umbrellas that you can borrow and just return (this was a plus since it did rain really hard one day I was there). There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel. You do need to pay for breakfast ahead of time with hotel to use the breakfast buffet (nothing fancy, food was decent, got the job done, I think my favorite was the Japanese curry). Staff are all friendly and helpful. I had no issues checking in or out. I would definitely stay here again.

Sotetsu Fresa Kanda Otemachi is a very clean hotel. I’m a clean freak and I didn’t find any area that was not clean in our room. I was actually quite amazed that housekeeping paid so much attention to detail. Size of room was on the small side but considering this is Tokyo we accepted it. We like the location of the hotel. It was close to Kanda Station (about 250m) which is one stop from Tokyo station. Around the hotels there were dozens of restaurants and bars to try. There was an array of personal products to choose from, above average for what hotels would provide. I enjoyed their tea of the day and would check what two types of teas were offered that day. There was a kettle and fridge in the room for those of us that like our morning coffee or tea first thing. Staff at Sotetsu were very friendly, respectful, helpful, and spoke English. We arrived late at night after a 10 hour flight and went through further delays with our eSIM set up. All staff members greeted us with such warmth as if they had been waiting for us to show up. It was just what we needed after the difficulties we had! Stay at Sotetsu, you won’t regret it.

Check in process was straight forward, staff was incredibly helpful. Lots of amenities at lobby available. The room was small but good enough size to open your luggage on the floor. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only two laundry machines so you may have to wait. It only offers wash and drying option in one machine so you shouldn’t wash clothes you don’t want to shrink. Area was nice and quiet but very close to station and there are plenty of food spots around. Would stay here again!

Room was clean with a nice city view. Abundant of extra amenities on ground floor. Staff were helpful and courteous. Delicious and reasonably priced meals at restos within short walking distance. Subways are just a short walk away. Will definitely come back next time in Tokyo.

2nd Fresa Inn we stayed in Tokyo. Clean room but hallway and public area needs bit more improvement. Area has a lot of restaurants but mostly are Japanese bar style which can be tricky for foreigners. Not many breakfast place that would open early in the morning. You can either have Starbucks or some Japanese chained cafe which offer limited food.
