The room was the size of a closet - full size bed for two people and no night stand on one side. Old and unmaintained furniture. Good location.

The hotel was nice for its value. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could use an upgrade. Getting extra towels and toilet paper was a hassle. Called about getting extras and hours later they still didn’t provide it. Had to go to the front desk and demand it.

The staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to a king bed room, checkout time being 12:00 was wonderful, centrally located to everything Times Sq related, room was clean and perfect for the price. Will definitely stay here again for our next overnight excursion.

Generally a good stay. But, the shower was just barely with warm water each day. And room heating units are enclosed by the black-out window shades, which when closed then minimizes the heat in the room, especially on a cold day. Elevator key card system does not work well. Staff were efficient and professional, but not that personable.

As always my stay was terrific. The staff is so attentive and friendly. Room was bigger than i thought it would be. The location is perfect for anyone going to theater or Times Square. Located only a couple of blocks from Central Park too!

The stay was very good, However we left a bag on the bed of the hotel as we were checking out, we had already packed our bags. We went back into room and we set a shopping bag down on bed and left it by accident. Called less than two hours later when we realized and it cant be found. :( :( Housekeeping just did not see it.
