The room was clean, staff was really kind. Everyone who worked there was so helpful even getting our taxi to the airport for us. I was concerned about staying here due to some of the reviews around the smoke sensors but thankfully we had no issues. Also room service food was fabulous! Since Covid hit I haven’t experienced good room service so this was a first in many years. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The stay was great overall. The only downside was that, when I arrived, they said they didn’t have my reservation and that Expedia hadn’t sent them anything. I had to show my confirmation number to get it sorted out.

We had a double room for 4 adults . The room was adequate to our needs. The room was cleaned daily. The staff were very nice and the overall environment was well situated and we had easy access to the new york facilities.The subway was local and buses were easy to access. We did not dine in the hotel but observed the people who dined to be satisfied. We had a very satisfactory experience and would recommend the M Social Time Square to others.

The room was extremely basic. Good location. The hotel lobby is very nice. Staff was friendly. But the mattress was very firm/uncomfortable and there was no more conditioner left in our bathroom. We were given a handicap accessible room unnecessarily where the water covered the floor each time we showered so we had to continue to throw towels down.

Great front desk staff. Helped get us on the right track with maps etc. Housekeeping was just fantastic. She was so kind and diligent. Great location. Only issue was the crowds at the elevator to get to street or from street to lobby. Def will stay again.

Location amazing, as well as view from the roof top bar. Room ok, however too dark and shower needs renewal as the water goes out of it and wet the entire bathroom. Destination fee: 10 usd discount per day does not even cover for one bottle of water, which is not even offered complementary in the room. Entrance to the lobby having to take a slow elevator was a bit inconvenient. Location is unbeatable

Room was fine enough. Clean and location was great for walking and exlporing. Also great view of the beginning of Time Square. This hotel charges $500 for any kind of smoking in the room inclusing vaping! There is a small sign in the room that is easily missed and the front desk does not mention upon checkin. Lots of extra charges on my credit card also and the room charge was $400 more than what i booked it for. Front desk was not helpful. Cleaning staff starts knocking on doors at 8am on checkout day even though checkout is 11. The "rooftop" bar was not on a roof at all. Terace was close for the duration of our stay and the bar space was always full of random people not staying at the hotel.
