M Social Hotel was perfect for our family trip! I stayed with my teenage niece, toddler, and grandma, and it was comfortable for all of us. The modern amenities were great, the staff was welcoming, and the location was unbeatable—just steps from Times Square yet still peaceful. The views were absolutely worth it, making our stay even more special. Highly recommend for families visiting NYC!

Good location but you have to ask for everything

The stay was great, very convenient location. Some of the amenities in the room need to be updated and you have to ask the front desk for almost everything ( coffee, bath supplies, ect.) But overall pretty good

This was my first time at this Hotel, The staff were amazing and the location was perfect to go to all the Broadway shows, The room was extremely clean and smells so fresh . I will definitely stay here again
