For the price it was good for New York City. The room was a bit small, the beds were very hard, and everything just a bit run down. That said, the location was amazing right across from Lincoln center and some great restaurants. This was an affordable option for Manhattan.

The room is clean but very tired. Needs a major refresh and a more comfortable mattress. The shower was ok but the controls were broken snd the soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work. Luckily the one at the sink did. Great view and incredible location

The beds and linens are really uncomfortable. Ive stayed in a king room before and it was comfortable, but the double beds were like sleeping on dorm beds. The room shows major signs of wear and tear, literal tear. I've stayed in several rooms at this hotel and they all look shabby.
