During checkin desk front manager said our room has a view. Got to room, the blind is down and cannot be pulled up. Called front desk, sent up service staff, he took a photo and said the desk manager will contact us. No one called back. Too late and tied to deal with this. Morning check out the desk manager said he cannot do anything with this because it is booked thru Expedia. Complain to Expedia he said. So here it is…

No the room was not in good condition. The radiator was leaking. The carpet floor was wet and stained around it. The fixtures had rust on them in the bathroom. We needed another room.

Worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Despite booking a deluxe room it was internal facing the air conditioning units. It was unbearably noisy. The bathroom was tiny and filthy. We went straight to complain and ask to leave and get a refund. The receptionist said this was possible via hotels.com but the manager refused. We had booked for 3 nights but were able to cancel the remaining 2 nights and move elsewhere. They did eventually after numerous conversations move us to another room but our stay was ruined. Reception were kind and tried their best but the manager was rude and aggressive.

Just before midnight the front desk called to let me know the previous guest would be coming to my room to retrieve something he left behind. When I explained that my child was sleeping and I didn’t want a stranger coming to my room, I was told I didn’t have a choice. Security personal entered my room at midnight to search the safe and the item was not there. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning nor do I recommend anyone going to this hotel.
