Enjoyable experience!!! Perfect location if you’re visiting for the Thanksgiving Parade, which is why we stayed here. Extremely friendly staff who greet you in the mornings. It was a great trip and look forward coming back again!!!

Hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff, and excellent cleanliness. Rooms need renovations; curtains don't open, electrical outlets don't work, and there's a lack of light sources as it's very poorly lit. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times and would return for the location and cleanliness.

I very infrequently get the chance to stay at a hotel with my children. We chose this hotel due to its location near the Macy’s day parade balloons. We checked in at 11pm and found out the hotel was completely booked. Our room had a broken radiator that when it was plugged in only ran the heat. The cool option still only pumped out heat. When it was “unplugged” it still poured out heat. We were swearing all night because the temperature would not go below 77 degrees. I opened the door to the hallway just to let the heat exit the room. To make matters worse the radiator made banging noises ALL NIGHT. We were all arguing about it and slept a total of an hour. Unfortunately, my Thanksgiving was ruined.

Room on the first floor super noisy , garbage collection at 2:00AM just under the unit , no soundproofing. Impossible to sleep . Room seems to be an express room rather than a standard with double bed . Condition of the room is deplorable: light in the bathroom not working, wallpaper peeling , cracked tiles in the bathroom and the night table, No coffee maker, toiletries, slippers . Not enough pillows for two guests Poor thermostat , cold room overnight. Window draft Reception staff alluding to the fact that we are third party guests therefore we have to address any concerns with you directly: ie the room being an express and not a standard . They didn’t seem to know what an express room is . Clear statement that being a third party guests places us in inferiority and it’s a disadvantage. Advised to book directly with the hotel for a chance for a better room . Very sad experience which concerns us as regular Expedia clients for many decades. Never thought I will be up at 2:00 AM in a cold, noisy , decrepit room I paid 478$ per night. Please advise
