Great hotel. Guys on the door and bag storage are very friendly and helpful. Main reception area is beautiful as is the bar and restaurant. Room was a good size. Would definitely go back.

Stayed with my family of 5 in December - it was cold outside -8'c but nice and warm inside the hotel. There are some mixed reviews online which got me worried a little - but the reality is the hotel is a nice place to stay with family and little kids for a few days when visiting NYC

Issues with heat, maintenance acted like I should expect the banging sound from a window heat until (not a radiator). It still made the noise when turned off. In 22 degree weather heat is needed. Luckily they provided a space heater. No closet. Three hooks to hang clothes and 3 hangers. Hangers slid off hooks. Nuts

I was leery in getting this room after all the sour reviews. Sure, there are some stains on the curtains(?) and signs of wear, but the bed was great, the room was very clean and the shower was nice. It was a great price for an area of the city that doesn’t have many options.
