DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely terrible and dirty property, moved rooms 3 times. First room was run down and dirty. Second room found a condom under the pull out bed. Third room was smoked in and covered up, absolutely disgusting hotel.

My experience initially when trying to check in was horrific because I was behind parked Cara that were not moving. I finally got out of my car trying to see what was going on and the guys outside were amazing helping me get my bags out of the car. I was so thankful. From that moment on the staff was phenomenal and really made me feel so very special. The desk the team that takes your bags up to your room then down when checking out the Bartenders. All were outstanding! I would recommend this hotel to everyone but be prepared to pay for parking!!

The property entrance and the room were not in great shape. Definitely needs to be updated. Cleanliness was a 7/10. The lobby, elevator, hallway to the room and room itself weren"t clean. Good location in times square, but have stayed at comparably priced and even lower priced properties in the area that were much more comfortable and clean. The doors, walls and surfaces in our room were filthy. I went and bought lysol wioes to clean everything. Front desk staff were very friendly but lacked knowledge - we were charged a different price for the same drinks every day at the bar. When we quedtioned this with the front desk they had difficulty understanding and kept saying that there was tax on the drinks, which had nothing to do with the pre-tax fluctuation in thr price of the drinks on any given day of our stay. There was no offered resolution, so we just gave up and went elsewhere for drinks. The bar staff were abrupt and rude. They had no interest in lwtting us know what the drink specials were. We were told that the information jad to be looked up, but there was no offer to find out for us. We had to go up to the bar to be served and bring our own drinks to the table. This was my 14th trip to NYC. I would discourage people from staying here. The standards at thus property are not the same as other W hotels that I've been to.

The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant enough. The location is very central and convenient for tourism. The hotel itself is a bit too dark for my taste, it has the atmosphere of a night club, but who can blame them being right there in Times Square.

For me, the hotel was very modern and stylish. To my surprise, the room was quite spacious, which I really appreciated, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of Manhattan. The only downside was that I wasn’t aware of the additional location fee I had to pay upon arrival, which I would’ve liked to know in advance.
