Just finished a ‘dream trip to Broadway’ with my kid. The W was a giant part of that and they didn’t disappoint. The location couldn’t be better to be in the heart of Times Square. Staff was great. It’s a really cool looking establishment. Overall, would recommend this to anyone wanting the NYC experience!

Great location near Broadway shows and time square. A high end hotel. Clean hotel with high floor rooms. I did not like the daily charge USD40(?) which could have been redeemed at the bar. I’m not a drinker and prefer to be out so that was basically a daily loss for me
