The hotel location is very convenient to all the major sights in New York City. Very short walk to Broadway and Times Square as well as many dining options.

Hotel very clean. Room was a decent size by NYC standards. I did not see a smoke detectors or sprinkler system in the room. Hotel conveniently located. Everything great except the last night at the hotel, there was no body wash in the shower. The front desk was unable to get any for us as supplies were locked up for the night.

This is nit a VIP Access Hotel. They said that there is not an upgrade option, not a complimentary drink. There is not room service and not even coffee in the rooms . A really bad hotel. I don't really understand how Expedia qualifies this as a VIP Hotel

This is not a VIP Acces Hotel. They said ar reception they simply don't do Upgrades, and if they were to have availabily it must be paid. They didn't give me any complementary drink. They don't even have coffee in the room, neither room service. The recepcionist JRivera, was annoyed because I asked to print a 3 pages document. When I asked to print it again she said that she was doing a big favor because they are not allowed to print.
