Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the W. We stayed for 6 nights and found the rooms to be very spacious. I would recommend booking rooms over looking the city and pool area views. The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel helpful staff Check in and out was fast easy Valet people were fast taking care of the cars Pool staff were working hard in the heat thanks alot Gym was equipped nicely QUIET room as I asked love the bed and amenities House keeping were great Management helped me in few matters as an exception thanks alot The only disadvantage was that they removed fish from their pool menu

Beautiful hotel, fantastic attentive staff. Spoilt only by the excessively loud music round the adult only wet bar. Appear to be catering more for the day visitors than the guests paying to stay at the hotel. Further spoilt on Saturday night by extremely loud music from the beach club until 2am. Appreciate the vibe the hotel is trying to create, but would expect events like this to be communicated to the guests so they’re forewarned! That aside, a fantastic hotel.

W Dubai - an absolute gem

Outstanding hotel. Staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. The rooms were something else! Everything you need. I desperately needed washing and it was back hanging in my wardrobe within a few hours. No one can do enough for you and we were totally spoiled in our cabana at the poolside. I have never experienced such a delicious buffet - they cater for everything. We will definitely be back.

Not a place for a quiet stay. Music is inescapable and constant. Staff are very nice, but the hotel is too small for it's number of rooms/guests and feels overcrowded.
