Lovely staff and good hotel

I always have loved staying here , have not been for 10 years but still as good . Food excellent . Musty smell in my room they did say thed upgrdae but I was about to go out , so i will remind them next time I stay and get my upgrade then.

Stayed for a few hours while we waited for a flight. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. It was great that there’s a shuttle bus to the airport which was 10mins away. We would stay again!

Dont Just Ask Customer for Upgrade!

The reception shouldnt just ask me whether i wanna upgrade or not. I wud hv upgraded if i wanted to. Instead, he should at least guide me where my room and the breakfast place are. The air conditioner is hard to adjust. It is always freezing and i had to turn off.
