Welcoming staff at Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel - speedy service, from early check in; to assisting with luggage; to the discreet and wonderful staff who kept rooms tidy and suprised us with a Birthday cake and fruit platter. We felt safe and much looked after - in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment with the Burj Khalifa view. The rooms were stocked up; from kitchen appliances (stove, kettle, microwave, fridge and beverages like tea/coffee) to bathroom amenities (toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer). A TV in the bedrooms and the main seating area. Hotel offers many services and facilities like spa, swimming pool, restaurants, free bus from hotel to areas within the city (schedule at front desk) - and many more I'm sure. Free WiFi at check in; lovely lobby area to wait or hang out in. Other - Uber, Bolt and Deliveroo available.

The Dusi Thani in Dubai is one of the most impressive I have ever stayed at. ALL the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Management has done a great job creating a family atmosphere for its employees and customers. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling this way.

The view from the room was phenomenal. The staff were friendly, and very receptive to requests/providing information. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the Thai restaurant within the hotel was fantastic!

This was a disappointing stay. The room was okay in terms of quality the shower I would say is substandard compared to the other hotels we stayed in in Dubai and the pool area is quite small. Overall I’d say it’s an okay hotel the main takeaway is it’s not a good place if you value your time. We spoke to the general manager about our issues and I have to say that he was brilliant from that moment. We didn’t have any issues and he did his best to rectify the situation

The only thing was the shower water is not stable, it can be cold for a few seconds and extreamly hot for a few seconds sometimes. Th e shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles lable is very hard to read. I used shampoo for shower for a few days when I did not ware glasses and walked in shower.
The hotel is nice and walk to Purj Khalifa in 30 min.

The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and the servers were genuinely kind. When I needed EMT to give me and ECG due to a panic attack, the hotel was quick to provide with no extra charge. We were given late check out at 3pm. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations of what a great hotel should be.
