Good hotel. Staff really look after you (housekeeping and waiting staff). Check in went smootly as did check out. Sadly no welcome drinks or a water dispenser nearby. Plenty pool options and if going half board restaurants choices are plenty but do book in advance. I couldn't advise much about the facilities the hotel offers as this wasnt explained to me, there is shuttle services which i enquired about. They do have a fab kids club only discovered what they do there on the day before leaving, movies and activities (some require extra cost) you can stay with the children or leave them which is handy to know because my 5yr old wouldnt be there alone. Pool / lifeguards are very attentive, slight sign of difficulty they are in. I am happy with our stay but would have liked to know more about the hotel. I didnt visit the spa or gym once, no idea where it was and wasnt comfortable asking as some of the staff didnt seem approachable. We had a fire alarm going off, from 5th floor walked down the stairs, there was no rush, no evacuation point , staff said it was a drill. Would have been nice to notify the guests formally by the hotel, people appeared to take their chances of burning inside a building than standing outside 40degree heat. I took my family out as we werent sure if it was real, the noise was loud and fire brigade attended to. Nice to see staff acted well and fast for themselves but lack of management notifying us was a let down.
