Had issues with ants in the bed that the hotel sent someone round to sort but following morning they were back, called Them again they said they will come around again but never did. Ali and Samuel on concierge and front door were fantastic always happy and ready to help anytime, only bad part involves taxis please get a price first as you will get ripped off 100 dirhams to go to Atlantis which is 1/2 mile away, next taxi charges you 12 dirhams! 150’dirhams to airport was bumped up to 350’dirhams and when challenged says its hotel price, really only disappointing about the stay at hotel is the taxis that pick you up from there again just be careful

The staffs are amazing from the doorman to the receptionist and the lounge staff members. The hotel location is out of the way of all noises and dubai traffic.

Staff was first rated always eager to provide top tier services and facilities were great, two things I noticed and I would suggest to change. 1. Main swimming pool should be reserved adults only, there is enough swimming pools suitable for children and non that provide adult only peace and quiet. 2.I understand asking for room number during the meals but asking it for every single thing, daily even lounge on the beach it becomes very annoying. But overall experience was very good,excellent.
