Amazing place to stay and the staff are incredible. This was my second stay here in 2 years..We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and that had an amazing view and they made it a really special stay. Sameer on reception really went out of his way to get us an amazing room because we were celebrating a big birthday and the staff in the restaurants are so kind. My toddler is a picky eater so the staff at Manava would make her a specific dinner each day. A special shout out to Manoj, Ajith, and the chef at Manava who made us feel so comfortable with ordering the food for her and making our stay that extra bit special but honestly every single staff here was incredible. Thank you for making the stay special and for making us feel so welcome. Cannot wait to go back again!

Overall we love this hotel. Wonderful relaxed place, good food and a great time. Busy but never any issues getting a sun lounger, and no mad scramble to reserve them like in other places. Biggest disappointment is that no Expedia Gold member benefits were offered, such as a room upgrade (which was clearly available as they offered an upgrade for a fee). Might seem trivial but every other VIP property we’ve stayed in recently has offered this

Great hotel located on the Palm. The rooms are spacious and there are great number of options when it comes to pools and restaurants.

Hotel itself was lovely, good mix of restaurants and pools, beach was nice. Rooms were broadly pretty good, very clean (but some areas showing signs of a little wear and tear). Only reason the review is 4* not 5* is because we paid extra for a sea view room (through expedia) and didn’t get one, we had to complain to be moved after 2 nights. Hotel were fine about this but be careful you get what you’re paying for as between Expedia and the Hotel, someone is not reflecting that accurately.

Perfect property for my wife and I, with our young daughter. Facilities were unbelievable and gave us everything we needed. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you. Loved the location, the perfect balance of being in one of the most sought after areas of Dubai without feeling overly busy. Would definitely go back
