I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past 3–5 years, and unfortunately the atmosphere has changed significantly. While the property itself is still well located and comfortable, the overall vibe no longer feels family-friendly. In the evenings especially, there is a noticeable presence of adult nightlife activity in and around the hotel, which can feel uncomfortable if you’re traveling with children or young family members. Sadly, it no longer offers the refined, relaxed environment it once did.

Staff amazing, very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us welcome and make the check in process easy and smooth. The rooms are very clean and well styled, great views and very spacious even for families. The pool looks very classy. Breakfast was top notch, delicious food. Location of the hotel was perfect, short walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The lady who checked us in was so polite and friendly. We had a great conversation with her. She could also see on our booking notes that I requested for a late check-out on the day of our departure due to our flight being at night. She promised a 4pm check-out time which was so appreciated by us. Our room was spotless, spacious and just beautiful. It was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay for us. Thank you very much for making our 10th wedding anniversary what it was!

Bedroom with bunk beds was excellent for those travelling with younger children. Had lots of room. Only downside the lights for main bedroom controlled the children’s sections which means you have to sit in the dark once the kids are asleep! The breakfast was very good. Get there earlier otherwise there is a queue for a table. Sometimes hit or miss whether your hot drinks turn up when it’s busy! Unfortunately the pool was closed when we checked in but they had another pool on the 4th floor which the kids enjoyed. Staff are very helpful. Easy to get taxis/ubers around. Also just across the road from the metro station which the kids enjoyed trying out as you could see all the super cars.

Loved my 2 days stay in this hotel. Thank you for the early check in, much appreciated. The room was big, amenities very good and the bed was very conducive for sleeping. It was all i needed after a day of exploring. Very positive experience and will highly recommend. Will bring the whole family in the future.
