Hidden fees that Expedia did not prepare me for. Very expensive 'marketplace' in the hotel. No coffee machine in the room. Nothing in the room really. Certainly not the standard I am used to at a Hyatt.

My party booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was absolutely lovely. The walls are a little thin as we could hear the commotion from the hallways, bit ot was fairly negligible. The convenience of transportation to and from the hotel cannot be beat. I definitely would stay again.

Felt like I was staying in a Motel 6.

Its not the Hyatt it used to be. It was like staying in a Motel 6. Being in the room or bathroom, you can smell cheapness. No breakfast offered yet they charge $40 per day in resort fee, why? there is no pool or a beach or a tennis court, why is it called a resort or have a resort fee? How do they get away with that?
