Central location, but room wasn't very clean. Shower was clogged. We booked the suite, lots of space but furniture layout not veey smart. Dining table with only 2 dining chairs, sofas very uncomfortable, and mini fridge on the floor, like someone ran to bestbuy and left it there in emergency mode.

Apparently people can walk in your mom when ever they like. 1st day, we were asleep and someone opened our door twice within 2 hours span. I went to complain and staff told me housekeeping was checking if someone had already taken the room. Really??? Couldn’t they check another way? And twice ?? Fast forward to the day before we leave. We come back to our room and noticed housekeeping had been in there and we realize one of our bags missing! To top it off it was my daughters items she had purchased with all her bday money. About $175.00 from Miniso. She was devastated to say te least. Again, spoke to someone and nothing has been done yet. All I keep hearing is that housekeeping doesn’t not remember taking it. I’m not sure how someone would not remember a huge black Harry Potter bag???? Then again… if she didn’t throw it away then who went it there ??? Or did the bag grow legs??? 🤔 I will update later.

This hotel had a wonderful location. It’s connected to Grand Central Terminal, so you can easily have access to the food court and the subway without ever having to step outside. It’s also just a few short blocks from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the library, Empire State Building and more! The Chrysler building is just next door. Overall, it felt safe and secure and luxurious.

Lots of places are walking distance which is great but our room itself was dirty. The door handles on the nightstand was very dusty, meaning it had been a while since it had been cleaned. There was mold on the corners of the bathtub.
