Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)

Great Location

Could not ask for a more conveniently located hotel. It's physically attached to Grand Central so you can walk through inner hallways to avoid weather/crows and grab breakfast, then quickly hop on a train. Plenty of good cafes and salad shops around as well. My room was not on the street side, so I heard barely any noise from the traffic.
