Hotel Indigo has its little details and quirks that makes it a unique hotel. The staff are amazing, and super helpful. They were considerate and responsive to our inquiries and supported us throughout our stay. The location is great, with many bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. It's proximity to Chinatown, Little Italy and different vibrant neighborhoods of Lower Manhattan makes an ideal place to stay.

I was only there for one night. It was fine, but the pictures look better than the actual property. It is a bit basic and feels like it needs a refresh or decor. The bar upstairs was a bit musky smelling.

I always stay in LES at the indigo. Great location, great service as always. This time around it was more memorable as I stayed in the penthouse :)
