Nothing fancy here, but updated and clean for a 100+ year old hotel. CANNOT beat the location. Super convenient to Times Square 5th Ave, and Rockefeller Center.

Hotel is charmingly old. It is walkable to the theatre district and Penn station. The staff, especially Joey at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay again. Rates are very reasonable.

This hotel has a beautiful old fashioned feel to it, the staff are lovely and helpful, the cleanliness on point and it is a great location in Times Square without being too much of a hectic street. Also the shop next door os fabulous.

This was perfect for a quick and easy trip to the Big Apple Times Square. The guy at the counter was friendly and had great suggestions. I would definitely return for another visit.

Good location close to Bryant park & Rockefeller subway stations. Basic room but very clean which is fine as not spending much time in the room.only thing was a bit noisy at night as windows are just for keeping the wind & rain out but nothing earplugs didn't solve. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice seating area around reception.

I stayed for four nights with my teenage daughter. The location was great, though a bit noisy. The staff were super friendly and always available to help. Our room and all the common areas were clean. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out, and the staff kindly let us rest in the lobby before our flight.

You can tell this place has a lot of history. It’s older but classy. Simple rooms but very clean. 12th floor was quiet. We loved the convenience!
