Property is aged and rooms and bathrooms are too small. I also didn’t get any sleep due to noise in the hallway and outside the room window. There was some kind of machine that kept turning on periodically waking me up. As a result I’m very tired and sleepy now.

We were upgraded to silver without even asking and the balcony in room 1212 was a pleasent surprise. The staff was so kind. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Efficient. Franklin offered to help us rebook in the future. Will stay there again.

Mattress was extremely soft and provided no support. Heard every honking car outside throughout the night. We were supposed to receive a text when our room was ready but it never came. Some staff wore politically hateful pins which would alienate many guests.

Simple stylish. Close to everything we went for staff was great and SO friendly between PHD and the hotel. The club security guys were honestly a highlight of our trip. We felt really welcome.
