Great stay in NYC! We were able to check in early and were welcomed with bottled water, which was much appreciated. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathrobe and slippers were a nice bonus. The location is unbeatable-close to attractions, restaurants, shops, coffee, and the subway. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. The location was perfect and I appreciate the free bottles of water we received daily. My only regret was not asking for a room with a better view.

Property was inaccessible, rooms were shoeboxes, with scuffed paint on the baseboards and plenty of markings and scratches on the walls. Additionally building is located next to a construction zone so it was very loud. But most importantly, the staff were not helpful to me and my brother who are blind. They were patronizing, disrespectful, and rude to me and my brother when we asked for assistance and explanations and refused to extend our stay or provide other reasonable accommodations, forcing me to book a separate day via a third-party platform, even though we needed an extra night because our flight was canceled due to weather, proceeded to double charged me on fees, and overall were just very unpleasant and disrespectful. All in addition to being overpriced for what we got. Overall, very disappointed in the staff and how they treated me and my brother and I don’t know if I will ever be staying at this hotel or another Hyatt hotel again
