There were blood stains behind the curtain that I did not find until the day I was leaving. I can only imagine what else in the room they did not clean or skipped procedures.

This excellent property is a marvel of amenities; cleanliness; and yes; functionality and beauty. An oven and stovetop; microwave and fridge! Giant tv; soft; comfortable bed and pillows! I am not very picky so maybe dont quote me lol, but I loved it, I stayed over new years and it was wonderful. Close to public transport, time square, lots of nice restaurants in the area. Staff were very nice! And they were texting me throughout my stay to check on me. The kitchen in the room was a plus, although I never used it. I will return!

Great service! Eduardo was amazing he made sure to check on us and even reached out to me before we checked in. Laundry services were convenient. Not far from Times Square and other locations. Will definitely be back.
