Great property to stay in if you want something close to times sqaure. Barely a 10 minute walk away. MSG is also very close with penn station right next door to that.

It is a nice facility but the fact that there is no room service unless you are staying more than 7 days was not disclosed before booking. Stayed 4 nights, trash and dirty towns were piling up. Got a high floor room but felt deceived because the only view I got was off the facility next door 😞

Only complaint was I had requested towels and I never received them. I’m already from the city and I just wanted a getaway with someone. Wasn’t picky about it only because it was just 2 of us! Otherwise, staff was AMAZING, I didn’t really hear my neighbors so that was perfect. The rooms smelled good! Will definitely be staying here again.
