The hotel is convenient to the Theatre District and Time Square. However, the property is old, but clean. I would stay here again for convenience to the subway and to the theater area.

The staff at the front desk on 3/22 was incompetent and probably untrained how to handle a disgusting incidence. As I was enterring one of the elevators I noticed that someone had urinated on the wall of the elevator and it had puddled. I reported this to the front desk immediately in a discreet manner. Two hours later when I enterred that same elevator I saw that the urine was still there. At that point I vociferously expressed my concern that the urine had NOT been tended to, at which point I could see the three girls beind the front desk looking at each other and then frantically phoning someone. Upon our initial arrival Mohammad was talking about pants with his Manager and we were ignored until we had to ask to be checked in. Cleaning staff was fine. "Best Bellman", Jerry was delightful and our Doorman, Jose was great making our taxi arrangements. Never contacted by any Managers to express regret for peepee incident and left at 5am. I rented 2 rooms 503 and 504 and at the time reservations were made I was assured they would be high for noise reasons as there are 17 floors we were awakened most of the night. Stayed from 4/19 to 4/24. Good Loction for Theater and Times Square. Staff other than front desk were polite and accommodating.

I did not get to stay. My identification was stolen 4 days before my stay. I called to make sure that my temporary identification would be good. I was assured it was, by the hotel and expedia. Then i arrive and im told it is not acceptable. So, at 9pm, in NYC, I am without accommodations

Decent place nice and close to everything! I really don't understand hotels that don't have coffee makers. Yes, they had coffee available downstairs, but you pay over $200/night, the least you should have is coffee in your room
