Booked a KING bed room and at the arrival I as told that there was no room available and I had to stay in a 2 bunk SINGLE bed set. Hotel waived the resort fee for the inconveniences but didn’t provide any refunds, credits..the hotel location is great and the rooms are spacious.

Great location, friendly staff. You are not paying for Hyatt so for the money it is good value. The elevators are a pain...heavily used by the staff, skipping floors etc - expect a 5 minute wait at certain times of the day.

Was there 10 nights during the holidays. It was a great stay. The only drawback is that the elevators are quite busy and may require a wait. Of course this was during a very busy time of the year. I will be back. Oh and the food is good in the restaurant.
