We were in a bind on our last day, having strayed all the way to Coney Island and misestimated traffic when the time came to head to the airport. Our bellman staff was just exceptional and went the extra mile to assist us, getting a taxi to pick up our luggage, come all the way to picks us up and take us back to the airport on time. Exceptional team! (and the hotel was great too ;))

Lovely hotel with great staff in superb location for Times Square. However it was almost double the price of the Hilton next door, and as we were out most of the time and only really used the room and hotel for sleeping in, it was an expensive stay.

If you want to be in Times Square this is the perfect location, has great restaurants and an amazing rooftop bar. As for the rooms, this hotel is not 5 * more like 4 at best. The rooms are not as shown on marketing materials but much smaller and barely a window. I felt very confined in the room and had to get a different room with more windows so I didn't feel trapped.
