Hotel hit all the buttons!

Edison hotel is a great place to stay for families and exceeded our expectations! The hotel hits all the buttons, great location, large clean rooms, free grab and go breakfast, wine hour, everything worked and bathrooms were remodeled. Would stay here again!

This hotel is great minus the air conditioning. We couldn’t get it below 76 in our room. Not great for sleep. Would recommend if they updated the air conditioning system.

Great location!

The hotel is very conveniently located to get anywhere. Subways to basically anywhere were a few blocks in either direction. The hotel itself felt old school NY in a good way. Our room was clean and pretty spacious for a NYC hotel. Wishes it wasn’t in Times Square as I do prefer to stay downtown. But we really enjoyed our time there. One big benefit was the deal with Freedman’s for breakfast. $6.50 for eggs and toast was a good start to the day.

The hotel was very nice. I loved the location, very easy to get to public transportation. The beds were super comfy, and the room itself was bigger than I expected it to be (most hotel rooms in NYC are crazy small). The shower was a on the small size, my husband had a hard time fitting but he is a big guy. The WiFi was spotty. Made it hard for my son to stream videos, and we had to resort to my cell phone's hotspot for a scheduled Zoom meeting. This could have been because of the floor we were on. But, overall that was the only downside to our trip. The breakfast vouchers were awesome. We used all of them at Carve which was down the street. The waffle or pancake platter was the best deal, but honestly everything we had was a great value and filled us up. Overall, I was super happy with our stay and the hotel in general. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Good size rooms. We'd definitely stay again.

Good location in the hard of Times Square. A very busy hotel, nice and clean, needs some updating. The Hotels web states that breakfast is included, however it is a bit misleading as this apply only to ‘grab & go’ option at 2 locations. “Grab & Go’ at Bond 45 option provides dreadful package. Recommend try another “Grab & Go”location, where food is tasty, healthy and fresh. You need to pay extra in order of $7 if you selected seat breakfast option.

Nice hotel, close to activities. Bathroom a bit small, but overall nice place. Security very active in lobby and better sense of safety. Breakfast was so-so, few options and would have like a better option. Overall, I would stay again and realistically thats the best review you can get.

Hotel Edison is a delight. It is a historic hotel, hence smaller rooms and very small bathrooms, but the experience is wonderful. Staff is a 10+. Restaurants in the hotel are 10+. Location is a 10+. If you're an "old soul", you will love this place.
