The room was slightly smaller than I was expecting, which was not that bad. But the general cleanliness of the hall way and room was not great.
I was surprised that the hotel has not been updated — the rooms are quite small, though the window views are great. The customer service was okay; I’d rate it a 5/10. They tried to charge us a smoking fee even though none of us smoke. I explained that the only thing that could have caused a “burnt smell” was the hair dryer provided in the room, which appeared outdated and likely caused the odor. Overall, I was disappointed by how old the room utilities were, especially considering the hotel’s prime location in mid-Manhattan. Would I recommend this place to a friend/ family member, probably not.
Old room with a moldy smell, there are no blankets just sheets. Rude staff, suprise charges upon checkout without a receipt or explanation until you call and have to deal with management. Good location is all it has going for it. Avoid at all costs

Asked 2 weeks prior to arrival to be on same floor and close to a work colleague, was not accommodated.
Staff were professional and friendly and the location is in a prime location for walking to timeshare and local manhattan restaurants and night life.
The room regular double is very small. I don’t believe the price is worth it unfortunately. The view is good however you sacrifice space. The food at the 24 hour restaurant is mediocre. I hear the steak house in the basement is well worth it. Not sure of the menu prices but the ambiance seems worth it.

This was a great experience. Hotel was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location for us.
Very friendly and courteous staff upon arrival we ended up getting upgraded to a bigger room and the room was very clean.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was very basic but clean and fine. There was a surprise $50/day fee for amenities that I did not use but that was "mandatory". That was very frustrating.
