This hotel has passed my expectations. It is a small bedroom but the service, cleanliness, and proximity to all the activities around New York makes it perfect. This suits for tourists who need a place where to sleep and get ready for the next day. Juan Carlos, at the front desk, was amazing! He was very helpful and happy to assist you with guidance and tips for your traveling needs. I will come back there for sure. I stayed for 4 days and I had no complains. The bartender is also very nice. All the staff was always happy to help you.

For NYC was a good deal. Generally clean, safe, friendly and close to Times Square. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom lights were motion activated and took a long time to turn off (walls were frosted glass), which meant when you used the bathroom at night the whole room lit up. Couldn’t beat the location!

Only 15 to 20 minute walk time square and 9th Avenue had great dining options, cheaper that 7th Avenue. Safe to walk Rooms comfortable but sparse. Staff friendly and helpful.
