Basic, but everything you’d need

It was a little dated, but had everything you could need. I did have trouble with the shower, it is connected to the sink. I went to use the sink when I went to use it for the first time at night, not knowing it was set to shower, I have myself a fully clothed shower.l, so beware of the faucet settings.

Everything was fine, the only weird thing was the shower set up. There was no bars or shelves for stuff...and the sink area being open didn't really give you a spot to change before getting in the shower. Fine if your with a significant other..little awkward with a friend.

The hotel is a bit confusing. It tries to promote itself as an upscale asian style hotel. But they don't keep up with their standards all together. The furnitures are worn out though they try to keep it in good shape. The high bed frame corners bruised up my knees. The showers were horrible. There was barely enough pressure and water. Instead of replenishing out bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they leave behind what's not used by the last guest, so that the new guest has to bother the reception desk for new ones. Also, there were some fire alarm speaker that were broken. So, all you heard was a continuous long strand of beeping sound. Lastly, the memory foam bed was way too soft. Most importantly, the receptionist was great and patient. He was friendly, courteous and helpful.

My daughter, fiance and I stayed here for one night for a concert and the hotel itself was beautiful on the outside and in the lobby. Though it was confusing not seeing anyonr until i went around the giant wall to see check in. Check in was smooth, the room itself was beautiful although after some inspection, realized it might have been a room people hosted sex parties in. Really awkward stay for family. There was mascara on the pillow itself not case. The toiletries were used and had no idea how to work the lights for the first 20 minutes. There is no parking available unless you want to park on the street or a lot around the corner over night. First time in NY.

This hotel was pretty rough around the edges. Our first room had a very odd smell to it, as well as having a broken air conditioner. This lead to us making the choice to upgrade rooms, which had a dirty shower and a broken shower head. It was also evident the hotel was in quite a bit of disarray. The front desk seemed cluttered, the room had a very confusing lighting system, and the room just generally felt very beat up. Probably wouldn’t recommend staying there

Economical for the area, close to transit, quiet, clean. Few food & drink options - more healthy snacks from the machine would be useful as there is no restaurant on site nor near. Friendly and helpful service.
