This hotel is completely misleading. Expedia stated they offer an airport shuttle, but that was a lie—they have no shuttle at all. When I checked in, my room was filthy with hair all over the bedsheets. I called the front desk, I took pictures and showed them to the front desk, and instead of sending housekeeping, they just handed me sheets to change everything myself. To make things worse, I was charged three times, and instead of the $100 deposit, they took $236. This place is dishonest and poorly managed—I do not recommend staying here.

I was skeptical when I made the reservations about staying in Flushing, but we really loved it. There was a fun vibe there. Lots of great places to eat.

No parking available on property and no space to park even check in or check out time, roads are busy and congested with terrible traffic. NO FREE PARKING and Paid parking is not available near by. It was terrible. If you depend on a taxi service it’s a nice place to stay.

The room was pretty dirty when I arrived. I had to wipe down a lot of sticky surfaces and the hotel is furnished with damaged furniture.
