This hotel was large and clean with a good staff. It was a good value compared to similar properties. However, I found the valet system did not work well, especially given the added cost to our bill. Valets were rarely available and one time we had to keep coming back inside to complain (which we did very nicely) to the front desk. Each time, the front desk had to call various numbers to managers who never answered their phones. The parking lot was fairly small (I later became aware they had an underground lot). I was left wondering if the company to which the valet parking was subcontracted, did not assign enough valets to the various shifts.

Excellent service from staff. Room was decent but a few updates could make the property even nicer. Also, there seems to be an apartment complex behind the property and when we looked out over the balcony to see where the noise was coming from, there were many children out riding bikes and hanging out.

There was a little confusion with the shuttle getting from the airport. The directions say call when we get to the station and we never got an answer. Other than that, the hotel was clean, check in was smooth and everyone was very polite and efficient. We ordered Door Dash and didn't get plastic wear. The restaurant was very nice in giving us plastic wear. The next morning our connecting flight trip to the airport was smooth and dropped us off at our departure gate. We only stayed the one night so I didn't get to experience much else. The room was nice, the beds are comfy, and the showers were good.

No a great hotel stay

This hotel was near the airport with free airport service but the location looks not that great also parking is valet parking. Looks like the hotel had some renovation and the floor where we were located had the smell of paint

The property and the room was very nice. Didn’t realize that breakfast stopped at 10 asked for a cup of coffee said you can have a cup of coffee ask for the grapes that was sitting out and they said you can only have a cup of coffee spending over $300 just to sleep there a couple of grapes would’ve been nice
