My room was just above from all the a/c units for the building not a restful night it all. It is not a place where you will like to have a walk. Front desk employees were fast. Restaurant at night for dinner was slow. Shuttle from the airport was really slow. Just a place to sleep next to the airport with nothing extraordinary besides the price ..$250+ welcome to NY!!

Shuttle nice and convenient. The front desk was very friendly and informative. They helped with directions and we loved the welcome cookies. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even loaned us a lint cleaner for my suit and mom's dress. Pleasant room. Coffeemaker, Fridge and microwave was a welcomed convenience ! View of Manhattan included! :)

Lot’s of visible patched spots in the hotelroom. Lighting is bright white, so no nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. Menu in the restaurant was mediocre. So for a Hilton hotel for that price very disappointing! Staff on the other hand was super friendly and helpful.

From the shuttle pick up to the exit BAD!!

When your first experience ruins everything. The shuttle pick in JFK was terrible!! The shuttle pick was full and the doubletree van when right thru I was signaling and was ignored. Immediately call the hotel to ask if he can return since I was ignored and after an hour and fifteen minutes decided to take a cab to this hotel. In the front desk I commented the experience and in a badly manner the lady just said “thank you we will notice and inform the manager” terrible welcoming atittude

We didn't get the coupons for breakfast when we checked in, so we had to argue 2nd morning for the coupons. We have to pay $33 fee on top of $74 purchases in the hotel grocery store for 6 instant noodles, 3 beers and 1 salad plus two small bag of chips. Very overpriced.

Friendly and helpful staff in this convenient off airport hotel. Free shuttle to and from JFK is a bonus , also used it to get to the air train and then on to the subway for a day in Manhattan, as we stayed two nights. Can’t comment on breakfast as not complimentary or included. Room was modern , light and airy with a comfortable bed , tea and coffee facilities in room with a fridge and microwave also, definitely stay again if passing through New York. Hotel is in residential neighbourhood so few local amenities.
