Room was clean. However the HVAC unit ran and made loud noises all night. They guaranteed shuttles every 30 mins. But multiple groups of people had to call taxis due to no shuttle drivers.

Clear and detailed instructions are needed regarding how to use the airport-to-hotel shuttle service. There was no guidance provided, so it took a long time just to find the shuttle pickup location. When I finally arrived at the pickup point and called to request the shuttle, I was simply told to “wait 15 minutes,” and the call was disconnected. After waiting about 30 minutes, I called again and received the same response before the call was ended again. Unfortunately, it was an especially cold and very windy day, which made the experience quite exhausting and uncomfortable. This situation also made me wonder whether guests without access to U.S. phone service are effectively unable to use the shuttle at all.

The rooms were clean. The staff were not friendly at all. They basically don’t greet you or acknowledge you and are very mechanical in how they treat you as a customer.
