The property didn’t offer proper amenities of a hotel. They didn’t have luggage carts or a place to store the luggage as it says in the description of the hotel. The staff was only helpful after I lost my patience asking for help. They even told me there was no manager on site until 3pm. Not a good place to stay if you have a lot of luggage or a family. It was the equivalent of a motel with a high price.

It was extremely overpriced for just a basic room with a bed in it . No real amenities. It served the purpose for sure , but was it worth the price ? No.

Easy to get to the hotel from the air train; staff was friendly and attentive, restaurant was nice and the small menu was perfect and Cheryl the bartender was terrific! Definitely a great stop before we flew out, thanks to the shuttle.

Awful experience despite how clean and quiet the hotel was. The hotel's policy is not the smartest, as it does not accept credit cards over the phone or through email. I had to wait for more than an hour at 1:00 AM for my niece to arrive from Long Island and insert her card into the machine. I will never be back or recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great option got a layover

Stayed there for 8 hours. Got my room key before check in time. Ladies at the reception were super friendly and efficient . Room was spacious , had all needed amenities . Comfy bed and mattress . Close to JFK , was a perfect choice to spend my layover between flights

The property should tell you that the parking is 50$ a night even for guests . That is a big added expense . you can not park on the street either , no parking space . other than that the stay was excellent

I loved the hotel generally. The lady that checked us in was great and she was really nice to my kids. I expected certain amenities to be provided like shower cap, ear swab… I mean the basic for the amount we paid but there was nothing like that. The hotel should consider providing that to maintain fae high level standards at least. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful too when he took us to the airport helping totally with onboarding and off boarding our luggages. Kudos to him. This is a hotel worth staying in
