for the price that is paid at this poor area and non speaking and poor communication This is shocking that the place is in business but it is due to the availablity being close to the JFK airport or I think it would be close and forget about the Shuttle he cant not drop like other shuttles at the terminal for someone like me that is not familar with the city very disppointed ow first stay and in the NYC area and the breakfast no meat no eggs for the price of 200 hundred dollars I was looking forward to breakfast blowing my mind sadly disappointed and regrets to have spent my money for such inconverence

The only redeeming feature of my overnight stay was the shuttle driver. The room was poor, chipped paint, sticky floor, good bed, the only soap in the bathroom was in a tiny plastic bottle. Noise from other guests most of the night. The shuttle driver was the only human contact early in the morning and he got me to the air train in time. This establishment is overpriced.

They didn't have room for, and they didn't shuttle for and called many of time try to get the shuttle and room, but the person said we don't have a room after before booked it. The lady wasn't nice about it. I had to stay at airport. I would like my money back

They tell u to call from the airport and they will send a shuttle but they never answer the phone and me and another girl goi g to the same place. We had to get a uber there. And when we told them that was the only reason we booked there was for the shuttle service, they didn’t care.

Airport shuttle took over 45 minutes when they said it will be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived I was so tired that I went straight to sleep. In the morning I saw that the room wasn't clean. There was white dried up stuff that looks like c*m on the lamp and hair in the bathroom. Breakfast was pathetic... just toast, croissants and cereal. No waffle mix for the waffle maker. No fruit. Nothing. The staff was friendly but the stay was not worth it, especially considefing how many other hotel options there are near the airport.

The location is close to the airport however the breakfast was no good. Only bread and jam with butter cereal no drinking glass or cups in room, use toilet paper.

The area from reception to room is very cringy and also has a downstairs which makes it very difficult to carry luggage. The check in time should be flexible esp when we are with small kids. Allowing us to check in 1-2 hours before if room is ready shouldn’t be made an issue

Elevator not working, no phones in rooms, Toilets leaking in both rooms, after complaining, no coat hangers or rod in closet to hold hangers,terrible breakfast nothing for choices,waffle maker broken. Had to go around back of hotel and enter through laundry shed and garbage storage area as my wife is in a wheel chair. We were advised problems were due to this being an Immigrant Living location that is being returned to a Hotel. Absolutely Awful Hotel. Don’t even think of staying here
