Unfortunately my stay was during renovations as a results the facilities were not available. In addition, they charge $40 a day for parking and the parking lot can hold but so many cars and the spots are very tight.

The stay was fine. The staff was great at check-in! The sink held water, slow drainage. But the room was fine. $6 for a bottle of water was very steep, and it said buffet breakfast. But we had to pay.

I wanted to have a hotel which has airport shuttle because i was coming late so i chose this hotel. I waited and i called then i was informed that they only have specific time for shuttle. Next day, for breakfast i saw when i was booking, it days buffet but the breakfast was regular bread egg and coffee. It was so disappointing so i suggest people not to go here as it is expensive and its not worth it.

Limited shuttle service

I ordered this hotel near airport because I need catch the very early international flight next morning, before I order the hotel, I call the hotel to make sure they have 24 hour shuttle to the airport. But when I checked in, they told me they only have shuttles from 6 to midnight. The shuttle is the only reason I order this hotel. It turned out I still need to get a taxi and paying another 30 dollars to get to the airport.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I booked a double room for three people for a two-night stay, expecting a comfortable experience while attending an event out of town. Instead, my stay was a complete nightmare. Upon arriving Friday evening, I discovered that the shower water was black—absolutely filthy. Since we were in a rush, I quickly informed the front desk, only to be told that because I had a service pet, they couldn’t do anything until I returned. After coming back from my event late that night, I was told the engineer had left, and nothing could be done. The front desk attendant offered me a single room instead, which obviously wouldn't accommodate three people. When I asked for another double room, I was told they had no more available and was instead offered a free breakfast—who would want to eat at a hotel under construction with dirty water running through the pipes? To make things worse, the front desk staff was rude and completely incompetent. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told it was late, and the manager was asleep—and that they wouldn’t be waking her. After calling the hotel’s main guest services, they initially refused to help because my stay was still in progress. Eventually, they convinced the front desk to allow us to stay in our double room while using a single room just for showering—a ridiculous and inconvenient solution.
