The staff with all fine. The room itself felt like it had seen better days, the sheets/bedding smelled bad. The worst parts are the location -- it was loud at night -- and the airport shuttle didn't start earlier enough to get to our morning flight, so we ended up having to take an Uber for another $30. I wish I had known this before booking.

The heater didn't work properly and ultimately had to be disconnected by maintenance. It was 9 degrees that night and we were so cold. They did give us extra blankets for the night, but it was not a comfortable stay at all.

The room was nice and clean, everything I would expect for a relaxing stay. My only complaint is that their airport hotel shuttle doesn’t run past 10:00pm which was a huge inconvenience since my international flight came in slightly after 10:00p. The taxi charge to the hotel was a ridiculous $46! Next time I’ll prefer to stay at one of the more expensive hotels with a 24hr shuttle.

The room was ok. The bath doors were not keeping closed. Kept opening while in the shower. Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier. Overall an ok stay.
