Great place to stay in NYC for a reasonable price. Reasonably priced parking garage next door. Subway extremely close walk. Two stops from Manhattan. Room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Temperature was good and the thermostat worked. Location was convenient and the bed was clean enough. Some downsides: There was some visible mold in the shower. Hairs on the towels. Towel bar was off kilter. Black light showed dust on the carpet. The hose for the showerhead was damaged. Walls were thin (could hear someone vomiting and someone having digestive issues). There was a pipe leak somewhere from the rooms above (could hear water dripping onto drywall). One of the bed legs was off angled and damaged. The furniture was damaged and worn down. The chair was completely ripped and destroyed. There were hand and fingerprints left on the lighting and switches. The yogamats for the gym were either missing or non-existent. Only one elevator worked as well so the wait times were long. There are good parts to this hotel but it needs a lot of work. At minimum, a renovation is needed for the furniture and cleaning protocols need to be revisited.
