The front desk staff was okay but seemed not to know how to greet a guest. They were preoccupied with other tasks. They were pleasant but seemed distracted. Never received a receipt after checkout. There was a very large security deposit that was never mentioned at booking. A grossly overpriced room for a night.

Needs Major Refresh

Really do not recommend. Very run down as you can see by the photo attached of the wall in the bathroom. Had an amazing trip to the US Open. A perfect trip EXCEPT for this hotel.
