This is a good one or two night stopover hotel. It seems a bit older and could use a "facelift". The place was clean and quiet. The bed was very soft, I prefer a bit firmer mattress. The breakfast was not anything special, basic eggs, coffee, cereal menu. Close to La Guardia, which is a plus. Shuttle provided by the hotel to/from La Guardia is a fine service. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was good for a shower. It really is just a commuter hotel though.

My mother and I stayed here from November 1st to November 3rd, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The shower did not work properly during our entire stay — we had to take cold showers the whole time. When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member simply said, “No one else has complained about cold showers,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, since my mother is diabetic and needs a refrigerator for her medication, I had to call three separate times before someone finally brought one to our room. On our last day, we were offered a new room, but that shower also had no hot water. When I asked about compensation or a room reimbursement, I was told to contact Expedia instead of receiving any on-site assistance. My mother is elderly, and we were in town for her brother’s funeral, so this added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. We truly expected better service and would have gladly spent our money elsewhere for a more comfortable and accommodating stay.
