The staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, a $200. dollar room does not provide much comfort. I felt the hotel misrepresented what it has to offer in terms of the room and amenities. The room was not clean. The bedding was old and duvet thread-bare. The room needed to be renovated with cracks in the bathroom and hallway as you come into the room - first impression. We did not sleep well.

Never Again

The door to my room (902) when you shut it didn’t lock. I notified the front desk and they never came to fix it. I had to sleep with a chair in front of the door for safety. The thermostat in the room was broken as well so I couldn’t turn the heat down. The tub was filthy. The towels appeared clean but were hard to the touch. I travel with my own towels so that was a blessing I didn’t have to use them. The breakfast in the morning was disgusting. They didn’t even serve water, only juice and coffee. When I asked for water I was told I had to purchase it. Purchase water at breakfast really? Then the shuttle drivers were rude, drove too fast and reckless both to and from the airport and demanded tips from each passenger. I had planned to tip them anyway but this was disrespectful. Overall I would not stay here again.

Hotel was overall very good. We had one night stay there as we were picking up someone from JFK the next day. Room was clean, the condition was good, and they also provide breakfast. They provide shuttle to and from the airport m, which was nice. They run a website that updates the location of the shuttle. The website isn’t very good and we had to wait a long time in extreme cold since the website was giving us wrong updates. Despite calling the front desk a few times we didn’t get good and accurate response.
