This property was super convenient to JFK....it looks like it had a recent interior update with is very good. The staff was very efficient and very helpful. The bed was good but the pillows need to be updated and the comforter needs to be replaced with a more luxurious one. The definite must 9n this property is the update on the exhaust system of the air conditioner and the heat. I could smell the waste of the system. They do have an airport shuttle that os complimentary. However our shuttle that we scheduled left without us. The front desk customer service agent booked us a taxi that rook us to our terminal at JFK Breakfast is also complimentary but our flight was so early that qw could not have it. But they provided Breakfast bags with a bagel with jelly, an apple and water. They did have a nice complimentary coffee station with all the necessary condiments.

Very nice building convenient to airport travel however the rooms need an upgrade and new sheets, the bathroom needs repairs and working ventilation. Wood in bathroom was rotten and mold at the sink, mattress is worn out and needs replaced. I stayed at many locations of this brand by far this is the worst.

What I liked: friendly staff, they gave me a breakfast bag at 4 in the morning when I had to take the shuttle, and the shuttle drove us directly to the terminal (contrary to the ride to the hotel the night before). What I didn't like: it's pretty far from the airport, but I know they can't help it.
