This was a good clean room, comfortable bed, but the towels are not thick, kind of cheap except for one that was decent. The desk people were very yy nice and helpful, but we waited in the cold for more than 30 minutes for the shuttle which was difficult because of the weather. Charging $4 for a small bottle of Diet Coke is a rip off. Still the location near the airport and the convenient bus that takes guests to the subway then to Manhattan is a bonus. We would stay there again. I’m writing this before we have had breakfast so no comment on that.

The rooms were newly renovated and quiet. The rooms were rather small. Great shuttle in the morning and staff helped my family get set up to get us to the airport on time. Great breakfast in the morning and nicely monitored by staff to make sure all options were available. We were able to get a great night of sleep.
