The property does not own its parking. It’s very difficult for ride sharing companies to access the parking lot.

We arrived and parked in front of the building. We saw no signage and walk all around the building until we found a service employees entrance. The parking lot was dark and the hotel had the ambience and service of a parking garage. Will definitely not be back.

At the time of the review, the lobby and front desk are under renovation but the staff are very helpful. Rooms are wonderful with many amenities. They are clean and spacious as well. Hotel is clean and looks new on both the inside and outside. There’s an amazing food cart just a few steps away from the front door. I would love to stay here again.

Outstanding customer service

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents whose flight got cancelled. The girl at the front desk and shuttle driver were amazing and helped my parents get to the hotel in a quick manner. While there they helped them with new flight details and overall supported them. I’m forever grateful that they were there to help when I couldn’t be! Thanks to the staff for their excellent customer service.

Very strange room

Our room was very odd. What looked like an outside window was really frosted glass overlooking a hallway. We saw shadows walking down the hallway. Such a strange room.
