Very approachable, friendly, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable staff/service. Genuinely good natured, requests were not troublesome, but they rose to the occassion to get resolution. Their patience in helping us to get IT issue resolved was paramount. Bravo.

We have been staying here several times but the last 2x times we have had issues in the room. The door wouldn't open with the key, the towel hanger was broken, the AC was only working on low. Very disappointed.

Comfortable Stay & Excellent Service! I had a wonderful experience at Adria Hotel. The staff were warm and accommodating, check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. The location is also convenient—close to restaurants and just a short ride to JFK. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable hotel in Queens!

Friendly but unprofessional staff, very dated and poorly maintained facilities. Bedding was clean but the rest of the room was questionable. Sad to say you'd be much better off at any modern chain hotel. The price was also quite high.

Listed as 4 star, but in no way was this a 4 star hotel. Very sketchy, felt unsafe, limited amenities, should have said that 7 miles from JFK was 30 minutes (to me should have been 10-15). The only good things were the pillows and the breakfast was half decent.
