So the only problem I had with this hotel was the $50 that was required for valet other than that this was a perfect hotel to stay at in NYC

We called for an We called for a shuttle at 7 PM & explained to them that we couldn’t go to the assigned pick up location due to having multiple bags, wheelchair, stroller. They advised us to go to upper level and wait driver. We waited over an hour for the shuttle to show up. We also had an early flight the next day so by the time we got to the hotel, it was well after 9 PM also when checking in the front desk they were not polite or welcoming at all neither one of the ladies introduced themselves or let us know to come forward to check in so we’re just standing there waiting for somebody to invite us when we finally took initiative to just go to the desk. They still hadn’t warmed up and they just went straight into asking for credit card and ID. I have never experienced anything like this at Hilton before so I was very disappointed however, I was just focused on getting to the room in time to have a decent amount of time to rest before our flight the next morning as we restart room, the room smelt like cigarettes the hallways smelled like marijuana upon checking the bedsheets. There was hair strands in the sheets, but I was so tired I did not bother with requesting sheet changes, but I took pictures.. We couldn’t sit down for the breakfast that we paid for, but I did want to just grab& go. I went to the breakfast check-in desk and was explained that I did not have breakfast, including however I pay for it. She allowed me to just grab a banana and we headed out for our flt

My shower was leaking through the roof and giving off brown water - I reported this to the Front Desk - it was late and I did not want to move as I had an early flight the next morning - expected a rebate on my bill - same thing happened in the morning while showering - I again reported it on check out and was told this would be reported to Expedia for a discount

The property was fine for what I expected. The shuttle service was extremely poor. It took close to an hour for us to be picked up and we were dropped off at the wrong place. There's a lot of trash just outside the property which isn't your responsibility but reflects poorly.

My recent stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff had a nice, friendly personality, which was a great start to my stay. The hotel room itself was very clean and everything was well-placed and organized, making for a comfortable stay. However, the valet attendant was quite rude, which was disappointing. Additionally, parking outside of the valet service seemed a bit challenging, so I would recommend utilizing the valet if possible. Overall, the positives of the clean room and friendly front desk staff outweighed the negatives of the rude valet and parking challenges. I would consider staying here again, but hope the valet service can improve their customer service.

Room was clean and free shuttle was positive however it is the first time I witnessed that a hotel not to offer a concierge service. My flight was in late afternoon and they could not store my luggage after check out. Also no Hilton cookie was on offer during check in.

The front desk staff I wish I remember her name was so helpful and friendly and housekeeping staff Mona was delightful helpful and friendly. Fabulous staff working at the hotel! The hotel should consider free parking for hotel guests staying there, You should have the option if you want valet park or park your car yourself for free, valet shouldn't be the only option!
