The wait for the shuttle was over 45 minutes...many of the other hotels had 2-3 times as many shuttles running. Once at the hotel I have no complaints. If fact it is a clean, contemporary and appears to be an updated room (5th Floor).

We were told there were no rooms. We had a reservation. After approx an hour. We were given a room. “Buffet breakfast” was $27. Ridiculous. Would not recommend this hotel or even Doubletree.
