I'll start with the cons: We were placed on the 9th floor which you can only access in one elevator. If both elevators are on the first floor the elevator with ninth floor access will not open. We had to find out from the front desk afterward that you have to get in the one elevator that works, take it to the eighth floor and get out, then you can call up the other elevator, get in then go up to the ninth floor. If both elevators are in use, then the elevator that goes to the ninth floor works perfect. The other issue that we had is the ninth floor rooms overlook the roof of the building, which means there is all kinds of machine noise. For light sleepers it's annoying. I'm assuming the other floors are fine.Just be aware of these inconveniences if you're placed on the ninth floor. Also, there are a lot of teenagers who wander the mall area around the hotel at night so it can be a little noisy. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located near Sarah Lawrence College and shopping. Breakfast was basic, but good value with eggs, bacon, potatoes, coffee, juices, etc (not solely continental). Will probably stay here again because of location, but will definitely request a different floor.
