On our second day at the hotel I stopped at the front desk and asked for a few fresh washcloths and a roll of toilet paper. The Hyatt front desk staff said "why don't you wait and see if they came" although their housekeeping policy is handed to you on a flyer when you arrive. Housekeeping does not come until the 3rd day. If you stay here have very low expectations, and you'll be washing your face with the same washcloth for three days. Policy: HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping will be servicing the room every other day after the 3rd day, please call the front desk for any needed supplies such as extra towels or amenities. We also have a self-service laundry on our 3rd floor
