I’ve been to this hotel a few times and this time around my family and I stayed longer than usual. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had. From going to the front desk to ask for additional towels on 3 occasions whenever housekeeping came through, even though the reservation stated 2 adults and 1 child. If that’s not bad our lastnight the fire alarm went off after 3 in the morning and we all had to rush out the room along with all the other guest what looked like a fire drill. I’ve never experienced a fire drill at a hotel or a resort ever and this was very frustrating. My wife ( who’s severely injured with her back, shoulders and right leg) had to endure the excruciating pain to walk all the way to the 5th floor back to our room. We did not go back to sleep once the all clear was given. This was a frightening experience especially for our child. We will not be staying here again.

The room was dirty on my first day I arrived the sheets were a mess had a big stain on them. Not changed to fresh linens. The carpet is extremely dirty! They don’t come to clean the room in a timely matter. I would leave the room 8 am come back at 1 room still not clean. The carpet needs a deep clean. I found a dead bed bug.

Beyond Excellent!

It was our wedding weekend and everything was amazing! Staff was accommodating, our family had a blast and everything came out perfect. Salina is an amazing manager and this is our 5th time staying in this hotel. 5 stars all the way!!!

I came to relax and that is what I did. The hotel was peaceful, clean and very well maintained. The only reason I gave 4 stars for property condition and facilities was because in my room I notice that something red was splattered on the walls looked like ketchup and the desk could of been wiped down something was also on that. Overall my stay was great, I wanted to stay longer.

Hotel room is good, AC is strong enough especially we are there during the hottest days. However there is smell in the hallway and I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner in the room, makes the hair so dry. Also, there is no shower gel, only bar soap. We have a family of 4 and are staying for 6 nights. We won’t be sharing the same bar soap or remember where each person put their soap so no shower gel isn’t convenient. We end up went out and got a bottle for ourselves

Great price and comfortable room.

The room was pleasantly appointed with two twin beds and it was very clean. The next morning there was a great continental breakfast served.
