Amazing staff, will help you through any situation!! Room we were assigned, was dated, had marks on walls, and doors. Remote was missing back cover. Small stuff, that you expect to not be seen. Nice hotel for a nice stay in Syracuse, but for the price I would expect more.

Although the booking says parking included I was charge $15 per day until I went back and asked and it was reversed as a good will gesture (?). That should be settled with the traveling companies not arbitrarily charged to the customers. Perhaps at the time you are asked if you have a car parked at check in and handed a tag the charge should be disclosed.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Upon arrival, I was informed that my multiple rooms weren't ready, despite arriving at the advertised check-in time. The front desk agent, Jared, delivered this news without a hint of apology or concern for my inconvenience. When I inquired about when the rooms might be available, he shrugged dismissively, leaving me completely in the dark. To make matters worse, Jared had the audacity to complain that they were "understaffed" - as if their staffing issues were somehow my problem and not a management failure. Adding insult to injury, the hotel offers complimentary drinks from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, but Jared refused to provide the drink tickets for all my rooms. Even though both rooms had been fully paid for over three weeks in advance, and despite one room not being ready past the guaranteed check-in time (through no fault of mine), I was denied the amenities I had rightfully paid for. This arbitrary withholding of included services was both unprofessional and showed a complete disregard for paying customers. I was made to feel like an unwelcome burden simply for expecting the room I had reserved to be ready on time. The appalling customer service didn't end there. Jared provided absolutely no information about Hotel amenities-breakfast, pool access, etc. Basic hospitality training seems to be entirely absent. Cleanliness is also an issue.

Remember Motel 6?

An utterly charmless, dispirited, and depressing place. I assume it has gone through one or more bankruptcies, and is being run by a receiver or somebody who doesn’t know or care. The kind of Motel 6 attitude that leaves a room without bar soap, a pencil or notepad, stains on the carpet and a staff that gives you the impression they are serving a prison term, and you are part of the punishment. Just sad.

Quaint room. There for Nyway states weekend so wish knowing that since this was happening they would’ve planned for breakfast to be earlier and being a lot of children that the pool would’ve constantly been being restocked with towels. Also over an hour before checkout we went down briefly for breakfast and to bring a couple bags down and came up to someone already cleaning our room. Hadn’t even checked out yet so were disappointed because we did want to relax a little longer
