For somewhere close to the falls, Buffalo etc, it’s a great place to stay. This isn’t a 5 star, so expect a bit of an older building, the elevators sound like they need some maintenance, but everything went well with the stay. Came for a Buffalo game. The staff was amazing. Parking was great, and definitely walkable (when it’s not freezing outside)

Clean soundproof rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Great view to the Canadian sideand partial view of waterfalls. Had front seat views every night of the fireworks. The front desk was less than friendly, eating at the check in desk while checking us in. Just gave card key, providng no information about wi-finor that we would be charged $20/day for parking. Hotel restaurant was not always opened and only served breakfast for a price.Elevators dinghy. Plus side:walking distance to everything, including the bridge across to Canada, so location was excellent.

The staff was decent, but could have been better. The only good thing about my room was the hot tub…but even that was not working properly. The room itself was dissatisfying, very dirty, all the fire sprinklers were rusty and covered with dust. As someone with high allergies, it was not pleasant. The rug next to the window was wet-I did alert front desk, they tried moving me to another room and it was the same thing. Not to mention the screaming kids next door to the room they tried to move us to so we ended up in our original room. For someone traveling from 4 hours away and had high expectations for this hotel based on pictures and reviews, this was highly disappointing.

hall way dirty with stains on carpet- room smelt awful / like a stale smell of water and ammonia / the washroom had snags / holes on wallpaper by mirror - fan in bathroom did not work - went to the restaurant to eat and watch game - the bartends 3 kids were running around jump on couches and she was yelling at them - not what we have experienced from this Name brand - not to mention when we got to property were charges another $49 for resort fees! not worth what we paid - very disappointed. Another guest changed hotels after night one - said they were not staying
