The toilet flap needed to be replaced. Tank did not fill up with water unless you jiggled the handle. Water pressure and temperature of the shower awful. Water would go from warm to cold and then to extremely hot!

Checked into the room. There was construction. Which staff did not advice if. The whole entire time trying to rest noisy construction in room below or above us. Loud hammering, sawing, banging. Very disconcerting. I called front desk and all they said was they were having room constructions. We check out 3 hours later...couldn't take the loud atmosphere. Making us feel valued less of. Spending money on a room that we could not enjoy. While/also a 200 dollar hold. That we knew nothing about until we checked in. Hopefully, they will release my 200 hold soon

This would be the second time i have stayed at this hotel where the pool area every rule was being broken alchol in the pool area patents drunk not watching kids at all little kids jumping in the hot tubs like it is a pool no parents around food in the pool kids eating food in hot tub kid's throwing footballs in the hot tub where someone got hit with it the tv in my room would not stay on kept shutting on and off when staff members came threw and seen well over 20 kids in one hot tub and never said a word to anyone of the kids in the hot tub and couldn't say anything too a parent cause there were none around every rule that was given was broken and rooms to stay at this hotel are not cheap to have to deal with that
