The parking garage is across the street and it is quite lonely and old. Felt like a scary movie. I had several issues. Initially when I checked in, my card did not work for my room. I had to walk back down the stairs and the man gave me new keys and told me it should work. I went back up and it did not work. I called because I was exhausted after a long day and he came up and changed rooms. Then we were told The parking voucher could be used to get in and out. When I got out, I had to pay for the parking. I showed the employee my receipt and he did credit me the fee. However, just inconvenient. Also, when I booked the room, it said free breakfast. When I checked out, I noticed they charged me the two days for breakfast. I have emailed the manager and waiting on a refund.

Great option for families

The room was very spacious we got a 2 queen and sofa for our family of 4 and it was a great space for everyone. The pool water was cold but my kids enjoyed being able to go into the pool to play. I was also able to get a workout in so I loved having access to all the amenities. There was an option to opt in for breakfast but we didn’t do that because we had to leave but overall a great stay!

Never Again.

There is no view of the falls, only views of other buildings. Parking is ridiculous. There’s a $75 fee when you check in and then $10 a day for parking in the parking garage. The staff at the front is supposed to validate your parking, however, I tried for four hours to find someone at the front desk and no one ever came waiting 20 minutes each time. The WiFi is extremely spotty. Oh and my CAR was broken in to in the parking garage that is supposed to be secure with police surveillance and security measures. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hotel is in a very good location to walk the national park and explore the food options around. Even though this is a seasonal area, the options are very good for food. Only complaints where the shower pressure / head were not great and the pool was super dirty.

Hotel is amazing and close to the falls. You can actually walk to them, even to the Canada side. The view from the room was awesome! We came at the end of winter and many businesses were closed (?).We had a hard time finding an open restaurant for dinner. We drove around and the neighboring areas seemed abandoned. I hope it picks up as it is beautiful here.

Overall good. The walking distance to Niagra Falls was convienant. Most of the shops were closed due to out of season but there were some open and within walking distance. The area was good but like most tourist places just watch for sketchy people outside. The only issue we had was there was no hot water and after being outside most of the day in 30 degrees it would have been good to come back to a nice warm shower to warm up.

Niagara Falls - Getaway

Hotel location was perfect and easy to find. Rooms would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the hair found all over the floor and sofa. I would recommend this location just be sure to check for cleanliness and report any issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.
